Description

Asia has perhaps the most sophisticated capital markets of any region covered in the Global Investing Committee Emerging Market Series.  With China on track to become the largest economy in the world, not to mention the number of regional economies currently outpacing growth in the developed world, Asian markets have been a key focus of many top investors and analysts.   But lingering questions about Asia remain.  Is sustainability the future of the Asian growth story, or will ASEAN economies will hit the wall that BRICS countries ran into?  How will a complex geopolitical landscape affect these dynamic economies? Is Asia headed for a repeat of the sovereign crisis, or have issuers adapted?
