Ksenija Jovanovic is director of business development and strategy at the Latin American Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LAVCA), a non-profit membership organization comprised of over 160 firms that control assets in excess of US$60b directed at capitalizing and growing Latin American businesses. In this capacity, she leads business initiatives, new product launches, and shapes LAVCA’s organizational strategy. Prior to joining LAVCA, Jovanovic was most recently a vice president at Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager with over US$30b in assets under management. During her eight year tenure at Partners, Jovanovic held various roles including both fundraising and investment responsibilities. She was also a voting member of the Global Direct Investment Committee, Emerging Markets Primaries Investment Committee, and U.S. Primaries Investment Committee. She has sourced, structured, negotiated, and executed 50+ private equity investments across a wide range of geographies and industries. Jovanovic holds an MBA and BS with a double major in finance and international business from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University.
