Rongbiao (Ron) Fu, CFA, is a Senior Investment Officer at the Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry (JIB), a $12 billion multi-employer plan sponsor for the Local Union No. 3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) at New York. Prior to JIB, he has worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, a health insurance company, where he oversees and manages the reserve, pension, and foundation investment portfolios of the company and its subsidiaries, which total over $4 billion in assets. Prior to that, he has worked as an Associate in portfolio management at Olympus Capital Asia, a $1 billion middle market private equity firm specializing investments in Asia. Rongbiao earned his BA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College.
