Drew Desky

Drew Desky is Managing Partner of Rand Thompson Consultants, a boutique executive recruiting firm focused on clients in Banking, Asset Management and Wealth Management. Drew has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, credit analysis, and insurance. Prior to Rand Thompson, Drew was a senior banker at Citigroup responsible for business development and relationship management in Financial Institutions. Prior to Citi, he was Vice President at Assurant (formerly Fortis), where he managed Mergers and Acquisitions, rating agency relations, and risk and capital management, as well as acting as Investment Liaison for Assurant Asset Management. Previously, Drew was also a lead analyst covering Insurance at Standard and Poor’s and the Global Division Credit Officer for the Securities and Insurance Industries at Bank of New York. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College with degrees in Chemistry and Music. Outside the office, Drew is a Drama Desk-nominated producer, founded the Leadership Council for Broadway Cares, and led a close harmony group performing the National Anthem for the New York Mets at Shea Stadium.
