Kampoleak Pal, CFA, is a Director and Head of Derivatives Risk Management at Guardian Life. Kampo oversees and manages all derivative overlay activities including interest rate, currency, credit and equity derivatives. He is also responsible for asset liability management. Prior to Guardian Life, Kampo worked as a portfolio manager and a financial risk manager at Constellation Energy and the Dow Chemical Company. Kampo holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an engineering degree in computer science from EISTI, Paris.
