Tracy Hart has 25 years of experience in Human Resources.  She joined York Capital Management in September 2011 as Senior Vice President and the Director of Human Resources.  At York, Tracy and her team handle all HR functions such as performance management, talent development, recruiting, compensation, benefits and employee relations.  Prior to joining York, Tracy was an Executive Director in Human Resources at UBS for 14 years where she had roles in international relocation, compensation and business partner roles supporting Equity Sales & Trading, IT, Latin America businesses, CEO and COO functions and Operations.  Prior to her corporate jobs Tracy was a professional horse rider and riding instructor.  Tracy received a B.A. in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University.
