The annual meeting of members will serve to officially elect candidates to the 2019 Board of Directors and confirm appointees to the Nominations Committee.

Voting is authorized constitutionally under CFANY bylaws (see Article III, Section 3.10); eligible CFANY members unable to attend are permitted to vote by proxy (Section 3.9). Members voting by proxy can cast ballots electronically.

5:30PM: ELECTIONS AND APPOINTMENTS

1) Election of four Directors at Large to the CFANY Board of Directors (“Directors”)
2) Election of six appointees to the 2019 Nominations Committee
3) Appointment of the Society’s auditing firm

Inclement weather

CFANY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all in-person events within 48 hours when inclement weather has been forecasted and travel is restricted by city officials.  The program may also be produced solely via livestream in such circumstances.  Please note the cancellation policy regarding refunds and substitutions.
