Andrew McCaffrey is the Global CIO, Asset Management at Fidelity International. Prior to this he spent 8 years at Aberdeen Standard Investments in a range of senior roles including Global Head of Strategic Client Investments and Global Head of Alternative Investments. He has over 30 years’ industry experience across investment, risk management and client distribution. Additionally, Andrew is the Chair of The Investment Association’s Private Markets Committee. Some previous roles include BlueCrest Capital Management, where he was a founder member of the Alignment Investors division, and as CEO of Attica Alternative Investments. He was also a Managing Director at UBS prior to this.
