Senior investment industry executive recruiters and HR executives from leading search and financial services firms not only provide color on the current hiring trends within the industry, but also on their expectations for the coming months.

Event Overview

CFA Society New York’s 2018 Investment Professional Employment Outlook will tackle various issues including job hunting strategies, common pitfalls in interviewing and how to avoid them, as well as effective interaction with internal HR personnel and agency recruiters. The outlook will also elaborate on compensation negotiation in a tactful manner and offer insightful tips on how to navigate mid-career changes. Finally, the expert senior investment industry executive recruiters and HR executives from leading search and financial services firms will not only provide color on the current hiring trends within the industry, but also their expectations during the next six months.

CFANY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all in-person events within 48 hours when inclement weather has been forecasted and travel is restricted by city officials.  The program may also be produced solely via livestream in such circumstances.  Please note the cancellation policy regarding refunds and substitutions.
