Frank Jaehnert, NACD.DC

Frank Jaehnert is the former President & CEO of Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC), an international manufacturer of Identification Solutions from 2003 until 2013. Before that he served as its CFO and as a divisional President. Prior to joining Brady in 1995 he held various financial positions in Germany and the US at Robert Bosch, a multinational engineering and technology company. Mr. Jaehnert received the equivalent of an MBA from the University of Stuttgart, Germany.

He serves on the Boards of Nordson (NASDAQ: NDSN), Itron (NASDAQ: ITRI), National Material L.P., and NACD Chicago. He is a Certified Director and a Board Governance Fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and an SEC-designated audit committee “financial expert”. Recognized as a 2020 NACD Directorship 100 Honoree, which each year recognizes the 100 most influential leaders in the boardroom. He was a regional winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2008, and has served as a regional, national and world judge of the program for many years.
