Pamela Sinclair

Pamela Sinclair leads the Human Resources team for PGIM. Prior to this role, she was Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at PGIM Real Estate, and a member of the Global Management Council and the Global Operating Council. Before joining PGIM in 2013, Ms. Sinclair worked as a senior Human Resources Generalist for global markets at Barclays Capital and led their learning and development team in New York. While based in the Barclays London office from 1996 to 2003, she held a succession of generalist roles eventually moving into performance management.

In her various functions at Barclays, Ms. Sinclair oversaw lateral recruiting, employee relations, performance management, talent development and compensation activities. She has also led initiatives designed for the implementation of technical and soft skills, curriculum, graduate training, mentoring programs, management training, coaching and women’s development. In her tenure, she has provided both specialist and full generalist services. Ms. Sinclair earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Greenwich University in London where she graduated with honors.
