Fran Skinner, CFA, CPA

Fran is a recognized leadership and talent assessment specialist in the financial services industry. She works with senior leaders and their teams to elevate individual and team performance. Based on her reputation, she is a sought-after keynote speaker, panelist and workshop facilitator at industry events hosted by Barron’s, Corporate Board Member, Equilar, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, CFA Institute and chapter societies, among others.

Currently, Fran serves as Partner of AUM Partners, a boutique consulting firm she co-founded to focus on leadership and talent development at money management firms, investment advisors, banks, plan sponsors, and private equity firms.  Fran also serves as an independent corporate director on the board of Peoples Bank (NASDAQ: PEBO). Previously, Fran was Chief Administrative Officer of Diamond Hill Investments, (NASDAQ:  DHIL). Prior to joining the firm as CAO, she served for eight years on Diamond Hill’s corporate board, including seven years chairing the compensation committee.

Earlier, Fran was with Allstate Insurance Company’s (NYSE: ALL) Investment Division in a wide variety of leadership roles including establishing the first quantitative strategic planning function for the firm’s investment portfolios. In her spare time, Fran enjoys playing tournament poker and traveling.
