Krishna Mohanraj, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager for Diamond Hill, a valuation-disciplined boutique asset manager focused on institutional-oriented investors. Diamond Hill offers active, capacity-constrained and differentiated strategies across four key asset classes — US equity, international equity, alternatives and fixed income – in a range of vehicles. Krishna joined Diamond Hill in 2012. As portfolio manager on the international strategy, he conducts deep fundamental analysis in the search for attractive opportunities in the global market. As valuation-disciplined investors, Krishna and his team of global analysts look at a business’s long-term intrinsic value. They are highly selective and examine a stock’s relative attractiveness and how it will interact with other holdings at the portfolio level. In addition to his responsibilities as a portfolio manager, Krishna acts as mentor to his team and works with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company and the importance of investing outside of the US. Krishna shares his knowledge by participating in CE webinars and authoring thought leadership pieces. Krishna has been quoted in the media. Most recently he shared his thoughts on investing with Business Insider.

Prior to joining Diamond Hill, Krishna was a Senior Research Associate at Sanford C. Bernstein from 2011 to 2012. From 2008 to 2009, he was a Quantitative Analyst at Exelon Corporation. From 2005 to 2008, Krishna was a Product Manager with MCA Solutions. From 1999 to 2004, he was a Solution Architect with i2 Technologies. Krishna has a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (Chennai, India), a Master ofScience from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School (with distinction).
