Max Alexander

Max Alexander is the Senior Director of Talent Management for Golub Capital where he oversees training, coaching
and organizational development initiatives. He joined the firm in 2021 and oversees programming for the 1000+
global employee population. Prior to Golub Capital, Max served in similar Talent Development leadership roles at
Citadel and AQR. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Stanford Graduate School of Education with a focus
on Learning, Design and Technology.
