When facilitating and coaching, he is adept at creating a positive and productive environment to shape new behaviors and learn new skills for greater effectiveness.

With first-person experience from J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., WestLB, Credit Research and Trading, Credit Agricole, 7city Learning, Fitch Learning, Training The Street, and establishing the XP3RT Network, Bob is a finance practitioner with global professional development experience.

Bob holds a BSM from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He holds a Myers & Briggs Type Indicator Certification, is a FINRA Arbitrator, and serves as a Board Member of the Financial Data Professional Institute, in addition to holding a CFA Charter.
