Sander Doucette, CFA

Sander Doucette is a Managing Director at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital’s investment office. In this role, Sander helps oversee the Hospital’s $17B+ AUM investment program spanning endowment, retirement and balance sheet assets with primary responsibility for the design and implementation of asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management as well as manager selection across asset classes with a particular focus on real assets, credit and fixed income.  

 Prior to joining NewYork-Presbyterian in 2023, Sander held a generalist investment role at Hamilton College, where he helped build the investment office charged with managing the school’s endowment. He led Hamilton’s successful effort to institutionalize its investment program and shift the endowment into alternatives (private equity/venture capital/hedge funds). Earlier in his career, he served as director of investments at Hillview Capital Advisors in New York where he co-led the firm’s multi-asset class research, portfolio construction and manager selection efforts.  Sander earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Hamilton College and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
