Virtual OnlyTo help asset owners measure the impact of their Real Asset portfolios on both ESG and delivery of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) the AOS advisor committee approached GRESB, Univ. of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and Africa investor as technical partners, to work with a high-level ‘Brain Trust’ and explore the creation of a framework, narrative and benchmark to measure the impact of infrastructure assets on delivery, and to promote adoption amongst their respective asset owner networks. The framework is the first output from the effort.
