Russell G. Golden's 7-year term as FASB Chairman is coming to an end in June. A long-time staff member at the FASB, Mr. Golden served as Technical Director of the FASB, overseeing staff work on accounting standards and technical application and implementation activities and chaired the Emerging Issues Task Force before becoming FASB Chairman.
