Aaron Manoucheri

Manoucheri Brothers LLC is a 3rd Generation Family Office with over 65 years of combined real estate experience and expertise. Recently, Avi , Yosef and Aaron Manoucheri launched Manoucheri’s Florida office out of Miami Beach. The Manoucheri Family now has 3 central offices in Los Angeles, New York and Miami and 1 international office in the Middle East with over 75+ properties valued at over $2BB in AUM. Aaron Manoucheri, like his brothers Avi and Yosef, grew up in Beverly Hills CA in a 3rd generational real estate family. He is the second to oldest brother of 8 siblings. Aaron spent over 8 years living in New York and the middle east. While living in New York, Aaron obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Shortly after that, he earned a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate & Development.

At an early age of 16, he began his real estate career by taking on several essential roles in the family’s real estate business. He began in property management and eventually took on the responsibility of running the collections department for the entire portfolio overlooking properties across Southern California. After spending several years as an asset manager, Aaron used his acquired expertise to launch the family’s East Coast and Florida operations. Aaron now resides in Long Island, New York with his wife and 3 children where he spearheads the family’s New York Office. His responsibilities there include sourcing, acquiring and managing real estate acquisitions across the Northeastern part of the country. To add, Aaron collaborates with family office and ultra high net worth investors from around the world to further expand the reach and long term relationships within Manoucheri Brothers LLC. Furthermore, Aaron maintains strong ties with his family’s real internal holdings in California, New Jersey, Florida and Middle East and continues to play a strong role in its day to day management.
