Adam Bernard is a Managing Director in Leveraged Finance Capital Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this role, Adam is responsible for the origination and execution of high yield corporate bonds and loans. Adam covers the energy, technology and financial sectors. He has been a member of the Leveraged Finance Team since joining the firm in 2011 and is also a member of the Capital Commitment Committee.

Previously, Adam worked at JPMorgan for eleven years with the High Yield Capital Markets group.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration for the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
