Mr. Krop joined CDP in 2017 after spending most of his career in financial services in roles ranging from equity research to investor relations. At CDP, he leads the Cities’ Matchmaker program, a service that provides investors exposure to a project development pipeline of sustainable infrastructure opportunities in global cities. Prior to CDP, Adam was as senior research analyst at Ardour Capital, a boutique investment bank focused exclusively on the alternative energy industry. He later worked in investor relations at Trout Group, with public and private companies in the sustainability and biotechnology industries. Adam has also acted as a financial advisor at The Nature Conservancy, providing financial insight for internal science programs and sustainable infrastructure. He holds a BS in biology from James Madison University and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
