Akhil Kapoor

Akhil Kapoor is a Senior Vice President and Senior Research Analyst covering North American Energy, Metals & Mining and Chemicals. He joined the firm in 2005 and has covered Energy, Metals & Mining and Chemicals sectors in both developed as well as emerging markets. Prior to joining Alliance Bernstein, he was a Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development at Honeywell, an Industry Expert at McKinsey & Company, and a Global Product Manager at BOC Gases (now Linde). He earned a B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi; a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo; and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
