Andrew Gulotta

Andrew is a Managing Director on Sixpoint’s Capital Solutions team focused on GP-led secondary advisory and direct equity placements, as well as the firm’s broader origination efforts. He sources and advises clients on structuring, marketing and negotiating secondary transactions and maintains relationships with secondary investors, equity co-investors and other limited partners on behalf of the firm.

Prior to joining Sixpoint in 2009, Andrew was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Energy & Environmental Group withinPublic Finance, where he structured and executed bond offerings for utilities, independent power producers, and water and wastewater systems. Andrew received an MBA from Columbia Business School with Dean’s Honors andDistinction and a BA from Washington & Lee University, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi BetaKappa. He is a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, 79), registered with FINRA
