Arthur Fliegelman, CFA

Arthur is the Chair of the CFA Society of New York’s Financial Reporting and Analysis Group. Mr. Fliegelman is an analyst in the Research and Analysis Center of the Office of Financial Research, a unit of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Mr. Fliegelman has previously been associated with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, Moody’s Investors Service and Salomon Brothers.  He has an MBA from the Wharton School and is a long-time Chartered Financial Analyst.  Arthur has twice been named a CFANY volunteer of the year for his CFANY activities. In October 2018 Arthur was awarded the Benjamin Graham Distinguished Service Award by CFANY for “unusual dedicated voluntary service to CFANY marked by outstanding performance, demonstrated effective leadership, prolonged and committed service, devotion, and enthusiasm.”
