Ben Radinsky

Mr. Radinsky has 15+ years of investment experience and has negotiated, structured and serviced a total of US$500 million of funded transactions. Mr. Radinsky served as a Senior Investment Analyst at Platinum Partners Credit Opportunities Fund and Bayberry CF Management, LLC as part of Mr. Jedwab’s investment team, with direct responsibility for deal flow management, investment due diligence and overseeing the investment portfolio. From 1999 to 2008, Mr. Radinsky served in multiple roles at Bear, Stearns and Co. Inc. He was a senior equity analyst covering emerging technology and defense companies and the media industry and advised on ten equity offerings totaling US$1.5 billion. In his capacity as senior analyst, he was frequently  quoted  by  the  financial  press.  From  1999  to  2002,  Mr.  Radinsky  provided  internal  management  consulting  services  for  Bear  Stearns’ Director of Operations. In that capacity,  he  was a member of a team responsible  for the  administration of nearly  2,500  employees. In 1999, Mr. Radinsky received a B.A. in Biology from Yeshiva University. He received an MBA in Finance and Statistics from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 2004. At NYU, Mr. Radinsky was a financial analyst for The Michael Price Student Investment Fund, a family of funds managed directly by NYU Stern MBA students, focusing on a growth product.
