Bill Cisneros is President of Primary Wave IP Investment Management, the leading manager focused on music Intellectual Property. Primary Wave manages $2 billion of music IP investments in iconic and legendary artists including Bob Marley, Whitney Houston, Prince, Stevie Nicks, and James Brown and recently announced a $2 billion commitment from Brookfield.
Mr. Cisneros has 35 years of institutional alternative investment experience, including 8 years at Primary Wave. He received his B.A. with Honors in Economics from Colgate University, a Diploma in Economics and an M.Sc. in Finance from the London School of Economics, and an M.A. in Politics from New York University.
