Brad Rexroad, CFA

Brad Rexroad is a Principal with Assay Research, LLC, an independent forensic accounting and quality of earnings research firm for institutional investors. For the past 21 years, Brad has covered companies in the technology, telecom, industrial, consumer discretionary, and consumer staples sectors. On average, the companies in which he has initiated coverage have underperformed the market by approximately 15% on an annualized basis while under his coverage. Prior to co-founding Assay Research in 2003, Brad was a Senior Analyst at The Center for Financial Research and Analysis for five years. During his career as an analyst, he forewarned investors of many companies who subsequently disclosed accounting fraud/restatements and/or bankruptcies such as Worldcom, Inc., General Electric Co., LDK Solar Co., Ltd., Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd., Frontier Communications Corporation, Windstream Holdings, Inc., Lucent Technologies, Inc., and Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated. He began his career by spending three years as an accountant with The San Diego Padres Baseball Club. Brad earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
