Brian Carstens, CFA, serves as an Investment Banking Associate at ThinkEquity, a boutique investment bank in New York. While at ThinkEquity, he executed and supported the completion of more than 25 equity capital raises for emerging growth stage companies. This includes IPOs, follow-on offerings, and PIPEs. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, he worked on the pricing & profitability team at Kobre & Kim, a global law firm. Mr. Carstens is a Series 7 licensed Registered Representative, Series 79 licensed Investment Banking Representative, and Series 24 licensed General Securities Principal. He earned his Master’s degree and B.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College, and is a CFA® charterholder.
