Brian Rosenblatt

Brian Rosenblatt is Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Wildcat Capital Management, LLC, the family office of David Bonderman, Chairman and Founding Partner of TPG Capital. Prior to joining Wildcat, Brian was the General Counsel of Sculptor Capital Management, LLC (formerly known as Och-Ziff Capital Management, LLC) where he managed from a legal perspective the North American private investment business, including private equity, venture capital, activist investing, structured credit, distressed credit, and performing credit. Prior to joining Sculptor (Och-Ziff), Brian worked as corporate attorney at the international law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP where his practice focused on private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures.
