Based in Richmond, Virginia, Brian is a Managing Director responsible for developing new business opportunities in the US & Canadian markets for Leadenhall Capital Partners, a London-based manager with +$5.2bn AUM (as at 1st Oct 2018) whose focus is investing solely in Life and Non-Life insurance-linked strategies.   Brian has over 12 years of insurance and capital markets experience having worked at GE Capital Markets, where he provided capital markets solutions for GE Frankona Re and Genworth Financial and co-invented a patented insurance securitization method (Systems and methods for transferring ownership of an insurance asset cash flow via a true sale), and most recently as a Director at Swiss Re Capital Markets (London, UK) where he led the origination and structuring of securitisations of life insurance risks and assets in the form of catastrophe bonds, capital relief and financing solutions and embedded value transactions in Europe.
