Carmine Villani is a Managing Director of GEM, focused on energy investments. Mr. Villani was a Managing Director, KPMG, Corporate Transactions, New York, from 1991 – 1996. He was a former associate at Citibank, Germany in 1991 and a former auditor at Ernst & Young, Los Angeles in 1990. He is an Honorary Board Member of the Center for Global Dialogue and Cooperation Foundation in Vienna, advisory Board Member of the National Italian American Foundation, Italy, and advisory Board Member of the American University of Rome and Villanova University. He received a Masters in Professional Accounting and Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and Public Notary for the American Society of Notaries.
