Chris Fowle is the Head of ESG Strategy & Integration for Guardian Life which has more than $80 billion in assets under management.  He joined Guardian in April 2022 from the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).  PRI is a global membership organization with almost 5,000 investor signatories who have made a commitment to integrate ESG across their investments.  As their Head of the Americas for five years, he managed a team responsible for signatory relationships across North and South America.  He also worked for CDP, the former Carbon Disclosure Project, as their Head of North American Investor Initiatives for three years.  Previously, Fowle worked on the sell side for JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers in fixed income.  He graduated from Columbia Business School with an MBA and holds a BBA from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.
