Christopher Preece

Chris Preece is a portfolio manager for Pictet’s Emerging Market sovereign and blended debt strategies. He specializes in Latin American sovereign credit and local market investing. Chris joined Pictet’s EM Fixed Income team in 2015 – as a portfolio analyst, and then macro strategist – responsible for sovereign and global macro research, before taking on portfolio management responsibilities in 2024. Prior to Pictet, he held positions at Bluecrest Capital and Morgan Stanley, having graduated from Loughborough University, with a degree in Banking, Finance and Management (BSc).
