Cindy Chen Delano

Cindy Chen Delano joined Whitebox Advisors LLC in 2016 as a Senior Legal Analyst on the Credit Team and is focused on bankruptcy, distressed debt, special situations and corporate reorganizations (in and out of court).  Prior to joining Whitebox, Ms. Delano was an Associate General Counsel with AIG Investments.  In addition, Ms. Delano has more than a decade of experience in private practice with the restructuring groups of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.  Ms. Delano received a BA (concentration in economics) from New York University, magna cum laude in 2001 and a JD from St. John’s University School of Law, Magna Cum Laude in 2004.
