Colin G. Ambrose is chief investment officer for UJA-Federation of New York’s Endowment and Retirement Plans. Previously, Ambrose started the investment office at the Juilliard School where he served as the school’s first chief investment officer. In between Juilliard and UJA-Federation, Ambrose was a partner at two boutique investment management firms that advised and managed assets on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth clients. Previously he held positions with UBS PaineWebber’s PRIME Asset Consulting Group, Aeltus Investment Management, and Advest, Inc. Ambrose serves as an Investment Committee member for the Westport (CT) Public Library. He earned a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Ambrose holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and CFA Institute.
