Danford Peterson

Prior to joining FCO in 2014, Danford built and managed the Relative Value Trading desk at Jefferies, overseeing capital investment and risk management in both the taxable and tax-exempt municipal markets. Previous to that, he co-headed the municipal desk at PIMCO where he was a member of the Americas Portfolio Committee. He was responsible for investment recommendations and portfolio strategy initiatives, challenging existing PIMCO views and positioning, and insights on special topics. Prior to PIMCO, Danford spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker in public finance, a flow trader and risk manager, and ultimately a member of the municipal proprietary trading desk. Mr. Peterson received his Masters of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College and B.S. in Physics from Bates College.
