Daniel Manware

Daniel is a Director of Strategic Insights for Nuveen Real Estate based in New York. In this role, he evaluates commercial real estate market trends and provides strategic investment recommendations to position the U.S. portfolio for outperformance. Daniel drives investment thought leadership by authoring white papers, contributing to industry forecasts, and presenting at events including AFIRE Rising Leaders, IREI, and NCREIF. Daniel graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Certificate in Real Estate from The University of Connecticut School of Business. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, New York Private Equity Network, and JBREC’s Housing Rising Leaders.
