David Lynn, Ph.D., is the Founder and Chief Executive Office of Everest Medical Core Properties, building on his extensive experience as a real estate investor and strategist. Dr. Lynn has over 25 years experience in national and international markets, investing and managing tens of billions of dollars in commercial real estate portfolios.

Dr. Lynn has extensive familiarity with medical office building real estate with more than 40 deals totaling $750 million in gross asset value.

Before founding Everest Medical Core Properties, he founded and led Everest Investment Property, served as Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Portfolio Management at Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc., as a Partner and Managing Director at ING Clarion Partners and as a Senior Manager at AIG Global RE, Avalon Bay Communities and the Target Corporation.

As a preeminent thought leader in the commercial real estate industry, Dr. Lynn speaks frequently at national industry events and media interviews. He has written several books on commercial real estate investing.

He earned his Ph.D. and MS in Financial Economics at the London School of Economics, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Sloan School of Management, MIT, an MA at Cornell University and a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. Lynn is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), a Certified Portfolio and Investment Manager (CPIM), a Chartered Management Analyst (CMA) and an ISO 9000 Certified Auditor.
