David Palisoul

David Palisoul joined Deutsche Bank (DB) as a Compliance Officer for Bank Holding Company in 2016.  He was responsible for design and implementation of Regulation YY and Regulation W control frameworks.  In 2018, after acceptance into Yale’s School of Management Executive MBA program, David joined DB’s Treasury Money Markets Team as a Trader and Researcher.

Currently, David manages daily bank liquidity and funding needs in excess of $20 billion.  He is a CFA Level 1 candidate.  David serves as the Treasurer for DB‘s Veterans ERG Steering Committee and is a key member of various DB Veterans recruiting initiatives.

Prior to joining DB, David was a Compliance Officer at NYSE Euronext, Barclays and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Additionally, he served 8 years in the US Navy, as a Gas Turbine Engineer and as an Air Traffic Controller in both foreign and domestic environments before transitioning into finance.  David earned a B.A. in Business Administration Management from New York Institute of Technology.  He holds series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
