Eric Henon
Eric Henon, MBA, EM Lyon, founded EACH Enterprise in 2007 to help retirement plan providers establish and maintain a clear position in target markets with coordinated marketing initiatives involving research, reporting, news release, social media, public speaking, seminar planning, and campaign management services. Every year, EACH Enterprise conducts several large studies of the retirement plans market on behalf of its clients firms, documenting plan sponsor practices in each market segment. EACH Enterprise is also renowned for organizing outstanding roundtables or Retirement Plan professionals who share the same position across companies (Client Relationship, Participant Strategy, New Business Conversion / Implementation, Account Management, Marketing Strategy, etc.) EACH Enterprise is entirely dedicated to the institutional retirement plans market.

Prior to founding EACH Enterprise, Mr. Henon served as Vice President of Marketing at Diversified Investment Advisors (now Transamerica Retirement Solutions – Institutional Markets). In this position, Mr. Henon had responsibility for strategy, research and the company’s IRA business. As Assistant Vice President in the consulting practice of LIMRA International, he advised retirement providers regarding all aspects of the marketing and sales process, and directed the organization’s proprietary and syndicated research team. Eric Henon holds dual MBA degrees from the University of Connecticut and EM Lyon (France).
