Flavio Papelbaum, CFA, is the CFA Society Brazil Rio de Janeiro Chapter Leader. He´s a manager at BNDES – Brazilian Development Bank – Capital Markets Division where he´s responsible for equity investment in infrastructure companies. Previously he worked in the Public Private Partnership Division at BNDES with the aim of producing valuation for public infrastructure assets before government transfer them to the private sector. He also worked for FINEP, Brazilian Innovation Agency in the Private Equity Division. He earned bachelor’s degrees inProduction Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, PUC-RIO.
