Flora Li, CFA

Flora Li joined Deutsche Bank in 2022 as a multi-asset class portfolio manager with over 13 years of experience in both public and private markets. As a portfolio manager at Deutsche Bank, Flora applies macro and market data to construct and manage multi-asset portfolios for clients. In addition, Flora leads the Risk Return Engineering offering in the US and is a member of the Regional Investment Committee.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Ms. Li was a portfolio manager at ClaraPhi Advisory Network from 2019 to 2022 and managed over $1 billion for both institutional and retail clients. She also provided consulting services for third—party financial advisors in model construction, portfolio customization and risk management.

Prior to joining ClaraPhi, Ms. Li worked at Citi Bank International Private Bank. At Citi, she focused on international client relationship management and managed both banking and investment portfolios for international clients. Flora has also held other roles as a trading support specialist, derivative specialist, servicing analyst positions at firms that including JP Morgan Chase and Oppenheimer Multifamily Housing & Healthcare Finance.

Flora received her bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a dual major in Finance and Accounting. Flora is a CFA Charterholder, a Member of the CFA Institute and a Member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. She also holds CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
