Dr. Gautam Bhandari, Ph.D. is a Partner at I Squared Capital Advisors, LLC. Dr. Bhandari was the Head of Infrastructure, India, Middle-East & Sub-Saharan Africa at Morgan Stanley since August 2008. Dr. Bhandari served as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Inc. since December 2009. He was previously the Head of Asia since December 2009. Dr. Bhandari worked for Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division where he covered Engineering & Construction, Industrial Services and Alternative Energy sectors globally. He was a senior member of global capital markets group, focusing on structured financings, hedges and securitizations. He served as a Director of Asian Genco Pte. Ltd. He is a published author of several scientific papers and is the inventor of twenty patents in the semiconductor industry. Dr. Bhandari holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He also earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
