Geetika Chawla

Geetika Chawla is the Vice President of Collections Strategy at Octane Lending, a fintech transforming the recreational purchases buying experience. In her role, Geetika leads the Collections Strategy team and oversees the company’s collections strategy, including communications, technology, risk approaches, and loss forecasting.

Previously, Geetika led the Fraud and Dealer Risk team at Octane, where she introduced new fraud mitigation strategies, enhancing operational efficiency and improving experiences for customers and dealers alike. ​She has also held roles in credit and underwriting, where she worked cross-functionally to streamline operations and review processes, resulting in more effective risk management.

Geetika holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Delhi and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Rochester. In 2024, she was honored as a Maverick of the Year at the American Business Awards. Outside of work, Geetika enjoys playing table tennis, watching movies, and hosting board game nights.
