Geoff Carroll has 30 years of experience, holding senior corporate management positions and leading his consulting firm Carroll Management Associates. Geoff is a specialist in many areas of general human resources: management and talent development, outplacement and job search coaching, chief of staff, executive recruiting, management/leadership skills instructor, senior leader coaching, and design and facilitation of critical management meetings. He has managed, coached and consulted with many hundreds of staff at all levels.

Geoff currently leads his consulting firm in an extended engagement as outsourced human resources provider, and is chief of staff to the president, at The Manhattan Building Company in Jersey City, NJ, and is a consulting associate with Gilman Performance Systems in Brookfield, CT.

Geoff is also a part-time stress reduction meditation teacher, avid exercise enthusiast, guitar player and proud father. He resides in Jersey City NJ.
