Girish Massand, CFA

Girish Massand is an institutional solutions strategist for BNY Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for driving new business development by engaging with retirement plans, nonprofits, and family offices to deliver customized investment solutions.

Girish has been with BNY since 2015 and was previously part of the Finance organization supporting Corporate Treasury and Wealth Management. Through these roles he is experienced in asset liability management, liquidity and risk analysis, financial statement analysis, and business metrics analysis.

Prior to joining BNY, Girish worked at PwC as an advisor and consultant to corporations and at GE Capital where he led transaction and risk management solutions for the front and middle office trading operations. Girish started his career as an equity sales analyst managing portfolios for high-net-worth individuals.

Girish earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and economics from Bryant University. He is a CFA Charterholder, a member of the CFA Institute, and a member of the CFA Society of New York.
