Gordon McLaughlin, CFA, is a partner at Development Capital Partners (“DCP”), a frontier and emerging market investment firm. DCP’s flagship fund is the Development Capital Africa Fund, which makes long-term investments in a concentrated portfolio of businesses operating in Africa. Prior to co-founding DCP, McLaughlin worked in a wide variety of strategic, analytical, and investment capacities globally. Most recently, McLaughlin worked at JPMorgan Asset Management, where covered US and international real estate stocks and structured PIPE investments in US real estate companies. McLaughlin began his career as an economic consultant at Charles River Associates. He received a BS degree with High Distinction from Indiana University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a McGowan Fellow. Gordon is a CFA charterholder.
