Hugo Aravena, CFA, CIPM, has more than 15 years of experience in investments and finance. Today Mr. Aravena is the responsible for Portfolio Solutions & Asset Allocation for advisory services and discretionary accounts of wealth management clients at BTG Pactual. Before he was Portfolio Manager of Equity, Balanced Mutual Funds, Derivatives and Liquid Alternative Strategies at BCI and Banchile Asset Management, among other important executive positions. In addition, Hugo has been professor at Universidad de Chile for undergraduate and graduate courses. Mr. Aravena holds a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Universidad de Chile and a Master of Science in Mathematical Finance from the University of Birmingham. He was member of the Education Advisory Committee in CFA Institute and a Board Member of CFA Society Chile.”
