Ines Olesen

Ines Olesen is the Director of New York Office, and Life Science Investments where she directly oversees over 1.4million square feet of office space in the New York region. In addition she is currently the head of US office dispositions. In this role she has executed on over $5.6 billion in real estate sales across the US. Ines has been with Nuveen Real Estate since 2013. Prior to 2013, she worked with TIAA’s Advocacy & Oversight team.

Ines received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the City University of New York at Hunter College, and a Master of Urban Planning, with a concentration in Economic Development from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University.

She is on the Board of CREW NY.
