James Tantachuco, CFA

Mr. Tantachuco began his full-time career at PKF O’Connor Davies Advisory, LLC in January 2022. Prior to joining PKF, Mr. Tantachuco started his career at Deloitte LLP, in the Business Valuation group specializing in the biopharmaceutical industry. Mr. Tantachuco also has previous experience working at Frontcourt Group, specializing in M&A and private placement deals, focused on the medical devices and pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Tantachuco is a current CFA charterholder and in his time in valuation has helped analyze companies in various industries including but not limited to pharmaceutical, biotech, energy, real estate, and financial services. He has helped provide valuations for 409a purposes, purchase price allocations, fair value, fair market value and financial modeling. Additionally, Mr. Tantachuco has performed valuations on various derivative instruments including interest rate swaps, warrants, options, and convertible notes.
